These are raised embroidered thread on a 2”x3” panel, with Velcro on the backside… and two of them glow in the dark.
We kept these patches ultra simple and minimal, while still having some fun with manufacturing. The overall design was inspired by baseball hats and their iconic “3D” raised embroidery. We actually had to use 2 different embroidery machines,with dozens of prototype trials to get the 3D effect we wanted. It was a fine balance between the 3D height while maintaining detail and precision, but we’re stoked with the way they turned out.
